After a slight delay, we’re finally ready to show you what we’re working on. Kyle has been busting his butt this past week to get caught up and put this thing together…and it’s better than I could have ever expected.

If you want to read up more on how we put this whole thing together, you can check out our short doc announcement post. In short, this doc was funded entirely by money out of our own pockets, some rented camera equipment, and a very nice friend of Kyle’s who allowed us to stay at his home the entire week we filmed this in Seattle.

The full documentary tells the story of how Runic Games developed the original Torchlight in just 11 months, and the story of how Hob came to be. We’re still a few weeks away from being ready to release the full short doc, but this should hold you over for now. As soon as we know the release date, you’ll know.

The team at Gameumentary proudly presents the official reveal trailer for our first short documentary film.

  • I’ve been a huge Runic Games fan since I first heard of Torchlight in October of 2009. I’ve follow some of the folks who founded the company since they helped create the Diablo series. To a one the team that is Runic Games are amazing, kind and generous individuals. I’m proud to be a Torchlight fan and looking forward to continuing to support them by buying HoB when it’s released.

    Runic are good people.
